Rodolfo "Rudy" Romero - CEO
Rodolfo “Rudy” Michael Romero is a dynamic leader whose journey from pumping gas at age 15 to leading multimillion-dollar real estate ventures is nothing short of inspiring. A true embodiment of resilience and service, Rudy began his career in public safety—serving as a Police Officer, Firefighter, EMT, and 911 Dispatcher—where he earned accolades for his calm under pressure and deep compassion for the communities he protected. His passion for helping others didn’t stop there; he actively partnered with nonprofits to champion youth development and public safety education. Transitioning into real estate, Rudy brought the same integrity and drive to the private sector, overseeing over $500 million in development projects across multiple states. With degrees in Business Administration and Criminal Justice—graduating Magna Cum Laude—he continues to learn, grow, and lead. Now a Vice President at a multi-state development firm, as well as a licensed realtor and insurance consultant, Rudy uses his diverse expertise to guide families, investors, and organizations through pivotal decisions. His story is a powerful reminder that with heart, hard work, and vision, one can build not only communities—but a lasting legacy.
Michael "Kop" Koppy - Board Member
Mike has held senior positions, at a host of well-established financial consulting and recovery organizations, involving leading large teams of professionals. Over the past 12 years at FRS and for 6 years before that at a third-party claims filer, Mike combined his in-depth understanding of his clients’ businesses with a keen focus on class action eligibility requirements to assure that they participate in all settlements for which they were eligible, and to enhance their recoveries. As a result, many clients have recovered millions of dollars that, without Mike’s efforts, they would have forfeited.
